The customer service is awful, taking ages to respond and they misrepresent the sizes of their clothing. Everything I ordered was listed as XL or XXL because I was after a really baggy look. Instead, I got items labeled M and L, and they claimed they measure the clothes themselves to provide a size that matches current standards. What a bunch of nonsense. Keep in mind, these pieces that were supposed to be XL and XXL fit more like smalls or mediums. Just stick to the size on the label and let folks decide for themselves. I get that these clothes are 'vintage,' but the condition of what I received was just ridiculous. Feels like they’re just trying to offload their old junk. Seriously, steer clear of this place!!

This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a company. They lied, accused me of making false claims, and didn’t follow UK rules regarding my refund. I spent over £100 on items and returned everything within the timeframe allowed by UK consumer laws. Initially, they tried to say that my returns were late and offered me store credit instead. When I pointed out the regulations and asked for a full refund to my bank, I got the most unprofessional email from them. The staff at Bloc Vintage claimed I had worn the items and that the tags were swapped, which is why they refused to refund me. They even suggested I must have done this before with other companies. First off, to deny a refund because of worn items is just absurd, especially since they sell second-hand clothes! Plus, they never showed any proof that the tags were changed (because they weren’t). It’s pretty convenient that I’m being accused of all this right after I asked for a cash refund instead of store credit. You’d think if I had really done all that, they would have just denied the refund from the start. Bloc Vintage ignored all my emails about this issue, hiding behind the buy now pay later service. It took me eight months to finally get my refund after providing tons of evidence that I was owed one. If I had paid directly to Bloc Vintage, I doubt I would have ever seen my money again. I noticed another recent review here with a similar story, so it seems like this is a pattern for them. It’s really disappointing that they would try to take advantage of customers like this. I trusted Bloc Vintage based on their online reviews and social media presence, but believe me, if you’re looking to return items, you might end up having a nightmare like I did.

Just to clarify, I made my purchase in July 2022, but I’m only sharing this now because I finally got the refund sorted out through the buy now pay later provider, NOT from Bloc Vintage, who refused to communicate during this whole ordeal.

I never got my item.

I placed an order for a jumper and followed up for news, only to find out they thought they had responded, but it was already out of stock.

Sadly, I didn’t find anything else that caught my eye, so I had to request a refund. I know you’re in the middle of a big change, just something to keep in mind.

I picked up a bunch of clothes from these folks for a 90's themed weekend. I placed my order ahead of time, but they didn’t arrive when they were supposed to. Once I got back, I opened the package and tried on one top out of the three I had ordered. Since I didn’t need them anymore, I decided to return the whole set, all still tagged and everything. They claimed I had worn the items and wouldn’t give me a refund. I didn’t even try on two of the three pieces! Now they want me to pay for stuff they still have, leaving me with nothing. It’s been four days without a response, so I’m planning to head to the store to get this sorted. I’m not about to pay for items that showed up late and were sent back.

Communication was really lacking. I waited for days to hear back. There was a significant gap in their responses, and I had to reach out on multiple platforms just to get a returns address. I'm quite unhappy with this situation.

I still haven't got my clothes, even though it said I'd have them by Friday. The wait isn't really the issue; it's more about being asked for feedback on an order I don't even have. I'm just curious if my clothes will show up in the next few days or if I should expect a refund instead.

I got hit with an additional 15 euro for delivery, which is alright, but now I find out I need to fork over another 15 to actually receive it. I’ve shot you an email asking for either an explanation or a refund right away, but I haven’t heard back yet.
